लगता है कुछ तो ख़ास हुआ है, यूँ ही नहीं उसे मेरे प्यार का एहसास हुआ है. शायद आज रब का हाथ मेरे सिर पर हुआ है, क्योंकि आज जों हुआ है, वो पहली बार हुआ है. कल तक था मैं अकेला, अपनी तन्हाईयों के साथ, डूबा हुआ अपनी कल्पनाओं के सागर में, मगर आज मेरी कश्ती को एक नया किनारा-सा मिला है, लगता है आज कुछ तो खास हुआ है, यूँ ही नहीं उसे मेरे प्यार का एहसास हुआ है. है मोहब्बत मुझको उससे, आज ये वो जान गई है. इस दिल की धड़कन को वो पहचान गई है. आज सवेरा भी कुछ नया-सा हुआ है. लगता है आज कुछ तो ख़ास हुआ है, यूँ ही नहीं उसे मेरे प्यार का एहसास हुआ है. था इंतज़ार बस इसी पल का, जिसके इंतज़ार में ना जाने कितना वक्त बीता. अब इस लम्हे में उसके साथ ठहर जाने का जी करता है, शायद ये हमारे प्यार का आगाज़ हुआ है. लगता है आज कुछ तो ख़ास हुआ है, यूँ ही नही उसे मेरे प्यार का एहसास हुआ है.
